Digital Products (Personalized Report)
Because each report is created specifically for you, all digital purchases are considered final.
However, we understand this is a unique product and you are trusting us with something new.
If you receive your report and genuinely feel it was not worth it, you can email us within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Physical Products (Printed Magazine)
All physical copies are custom printed and produced to order.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns on physical products once they have been produced or shipped.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a printing issue, please contact us and we will make it right.
